organize work day on setting up development environments

How that we've made so much progress with git and getting our sites properly working with this revision control system, we might want to organize a work session to help our development team setup development environments on their local computers.

Without having a local testing environment (properly running Drupal and our sites) it's very difficult to test changes before pushing them live.

Many of our working group members have done an incredible job getting our revision workflow set up. In coding sprints we've been able to collaborate much more freely and safely with the local development environments in place.

Moving forward, as more folks come to work with us, we'll be committed to helping set up development environments as the need arises.

(Indeed, my knowledge of this level of development professionalism has grown so much over the past months working with ICT and I am reminded that much of the joy of working on the USSF is pushing our skill set, which should encourage timid techies to join our ranks!)
