Description

As described by Charles on the phone...

After the social forum we should do a postal donation appeal to everyone who registered to raise money for the next social forum.

I don't know much about donor appeals - for example the difference in response rates between postal vs. email appeals. I'd be curious to hear from others with more experience.

If we did do a postal mailing, and we had both billing postal addresses and contact postal addresses for an individual or an organization - which would the appeal go to?

Also - would this appeal go to individuals who are registered as part of an organization? Or just to the organization that registered them? Would it go to the primary contact of the organization?

Has screen grabs of the registration information - which outlines the 6 places address information could be gathered during registration.

If we are going to do this plan - I think we should start by thinking through how we would ideally select an address to mail the appeal to.
