Changes to welcome emails sent when a user registers

Description

There are three emails sent to a person who registers, one of them is sent to all registered individuals notifying them of their online account.

It's our first opportunity to welcome participants to the social forum and to the organize site. We should make a good impression.

The current text from the receipt is:

{{{As a registered organization, your group is able to submit a proposal for a self-organized workshop to the Program and Culture Working Group until March 15th. To view the Call for Proposals and proposal forms, please go to  http://organize.ussf2010.org/.
The 2010 USSF dates are June 22-26, with registration check in beginning the morning of June 22. The organizing center for 2010 USSF is Cobo Hall in downtown Detroit. We will also have programming in the adjacent Hart Plaza.
Tuesday, June 22--Opening March/Opening Ceremony
Wednesday, June 23--Theme is Detroit and the Region
Thursday, June 24--Theme is International Resistance & Solidarity
Friday, June 25--Another World Is Possible
Saturday, June 26--People's Movement Assembly
