enable stories and press release posting on organize site for organization groups that mirrors www site

The Communications working group will promote user generated content from the organize site to the www site, to be displayed on the front page under "latest news" and "upcoming events".

Need to implement a workflow for content on organize.

Then need to display "promoted" content on www.

COMM would love it if user could access forms on organize to generate events (not just workshops, but other events) and their own news--this is a draft of form content (below) that we posted in ticket #280... that we would still like to see in the forms. I know it seems like a lot, but if we don't try to get at least the "required" stuff then it is more work for us to track down the details. Can the events then be added to the calendar on organize--right now you can only add workshops to that calendar.

Keeping this ticket specific to the task, which is to implement an event type on the organize site that follows the above specifications for creation by organization groups.

Following ticket addresses the huge question of integrating events display across all sites,etc: #414

I'm going to slightly change the scope of this ticket to cover stories and press releases (to mirror the corresponding ticket for the www site: #280).

And then leave #414 to cover handling of events - which is a content type that spans lots of different sites.

Thanks Mallory for updating the CCK type for stories.

I realized that the story permission wasn't granted to authenticated users, so I just granted it. Now anyone with a user account can create stories.

Also - I don't think the cck type has a quote field like on the www site. Is that intentional?

Lastly... I think we'll need a view so that communications can easily scan the most recent stories. I just opened #465 to cover that.
