Description

a content view of all individual profiles is needed.

which of the profile fields should be visible in a feed such as picture, name, location, organization?

should there be any other searching or filtering besides full-node search?

after the appropriate fields are chosen for an individual's profile, we'll need to display each one as a node, too.

I think this has been started here:

This looks really great! I have been using it to find current users already.

Filters
However, I've noticed that the search is case sensitive and doesn't allow for searching of anything but the name, which is okay but a little narrow. Maybe also it would be nice to have the ability to do a broad search (on any page?) and/or have the first letter of the username/display name in a glossary attachment above the list.

Views
Might we have the default sort be by date created rather than name?

I'm not really sure what to add to this view. It is no longer case sensitive, so that's good. I agree that we should implement a site search, but that may be another ticket. From my perspective a default date created sort is counter intuitive and not what most people would care about nor understand. I definitely think more people understand an alphabetical list (even if it's a little wonky due to username/display name confusion.

All that to say, I'm not sure what to do with this ticket.

I agree that this is basically finished. I think perhaps we should do something by location, too. But then this ticket will be complete.
