display subthemes for tracks with pop-up text

hi all,

we had talked about this before in terms of hover text for the workshop tracks. the program and culture group doesn't need this information to be hover text for the workshop tracks on the workshop submission form. however, it is extremely high priority for the group that the sub-themes be present on the form in some way as soon as possible so that folks can read through the examples of key trends and topics that fit under each of the track titles when they are choosing which tracks their workshop best fits into. so, however it makes sense to you all to get this info in there works for us. the wording, provided by the consulta team and based on the consulta feedback, is attached.
