registration: add admin only fields to registration form

Description

If I remember, it's possible to add Admin only fields to civicrm profiles/registration forms.

If so, can we please add two fields for admin/database user privileges only located near payment information:

* text field for check number
* check box for check deposited

Good old fashioned training took care of this one. We've now got CiviCRM masters Ann and Gwen in Detroit working on updating payment pending users when they receive checks. There's an option to edit the Event information for individual registrants complete with check number and deposit tracking!
