not all mail-in registrations include an email address

Description
Email address is a required field for registration.
Not all mail-in registration forms have an email address included.
What are our possible solutions? Two ideas:
- Create one, non-email@… that organizers in Detroit can use to print off confirmation and postal mail return to registrant. (Possible problem is duplicate checking in CiviCRM may delete registrants?)
- Create many, ad-hoc, deletable non-email##@ussf2010.org on the fly, or use a service like mailinator.com (mailinator.com might pose a security issue).
