confusing: workshops are double listed

(you're probably tired of hearing from me. if so, i apologize...i'm writing these for all of program and culture....)

so, when we go to both the list of new workshop proposals, as well as the full list of workshop proposals (the view that lets us see to whom each proposal was assigned, not the public one) all the workshops are double listed.

this is mildly confusing right now, but it's level of confusing will grow increasingly as more and more workshops are submitted.

can this be fixed? MUCH appreciation for all the work you all are doing!
