Description

Hi friends,

Outreach & Resource Mobilization, who have been handling much of the Email marketing tasks with CiviCRM have slowly been transitioning many of these responsibilities to the Communications Working Group. They tried to give us access to the CiviCRM through the admin panel, but have had difficulties. We need access as soon as possible so we can prepare the next mass email to go out.

I have a general website admin account at DavidM, Adele has one with Adele I believe, and Charles has yet to have a account.

Please create a CiviCRM admin account for Adele, Charles and myself so we can have access to the listserv data and sending mass emails.

Thank you!
David

Sorryf or the delay David - getting through the tickets now.

I found your existing account (using the same email address you used in this post) and an existing account for Adele (using user ussf2010.org email address). I created an account for Charles (using the Yahoo address I have on file for him).

I've granted all three user accounts access to the database.

So - if you login at  https://community.ussf2010.org/user (or use the login link in the footer of the  https://community.ussf2010.org site) you should get a civicrm menu.

Please re-open if you have any trouble getting in.

Also - Scott from communications has been trainined on using the civicrm database. If he's not available to help with additional training let us know and we can try to schedule a training for you.

Thanks everyone.
When I log in, I don't see a civicrm dashboard.

Hi Charles - are you logging in as clenchner01?

You should see, at the top of the page, a menu with civicrm as the last item.

If all else fails - you can go directly to civicrm via:
