Training

• Tutorials - We should develop tutorials for general users of the site.
• At Event - There will likely be a need for training at the social forum event, especially if we use all open source media tools.

Media

• Community Media - In an ideal setup, we would have an open source community media site (alternative to youtube). Bandwidth and server load may present problems here. At the very least, we should have an 'approved' streaming media site for official USSF media.

• Event Media - If we are to have all FLOSS tools for the media center in Detroit, we will need to make that a priority. Getting boxes configured to handle media demands might be tricky and time consuming.

• Need to develop a list of features for groups.
• Need to create a list of ideas for groups.

CiviCRM ( http://community.ussf2010.org)

• Payment Processor - Must have the correct processor.
• Create Registration Form
• Determine how to relate users with organizations.
• Figure out post registration redirect page/process.
• Determine how CiviCRM email blast feature gets used (or not used).
  • Develop an email policy.
• Explore the relationship between Drupal Organic Groups and CiviCRM workday-ict-20090913

Revision Control (git)

• Create development domains for all ussf2010.org domains.
• Determine best practices for theming.
• Determine how to use views export/import feature most effectively.

• Determine the best approach to deal with databases using git.

Local/National Workflow

• Begin generating ideas/policies to integrate the national and local ict work.
