Use Cases
What do we want to investigate? Questions the data can answer:
- Which organizations have not yet submitted to the consulta?
- Which geographical areas are not represented?
- Which sectors are not represented?
- What are the patterns visible in comments?

I'm not sure if its a useful tool. But I plugged the info people listed for their own sector into wordle and it came out with http://www.wordle.net/show/wrdl/1399558/sf-sector. Doesn't seem that useful to me, but hopefully there's a way to pull out trends more.
Outreach:
- quantity by state
- quantity by sector (including consolidation of self-named sectors if possible) (I saw this is nearly done)
- organization list that can be sorted by sector and/or state.
