We reviewed Job divisions/job descriptions. Alfredo and Sylvia will finalize and send to Stephanie

Registration phone call:

• Moved fiscal sponsor to Praxis
• Registration deadline is January 1 (project south will not get registration income - will wait until we can setup with praxis)
• Next meeting is next week (not yet scheduled) - focused on registration form itself - specifically around feedback sent by Dianne (from Detroit logistics meeting on Tuesday)
• Mark L. met with Lobo and David (two main CiviCRM developers) - who gave a nod of approval to our approach

Status of Projects approach ( http://wiki.ussf2010.org/wiki/USSF_Projects): Ross agreed to step up and try to take it to the next level

PMA: Jamie and Chris will work through - pma.ussf2010.org/drupal installation

Organizing 2.0 conference: NY, Sat. Dec. 5. Jamie will pull together a group to represent

Clean up work is needed on wiki.ussf2010.org: propose an hour once a week to do wiki cleanup and organizing

Data policy: Mallory has started one at http://ict.ussf2010.org/wiki/policy_civicrm - we should all put in some time on it. Scott will work on it.

Internal communications: Develop set of best practices
