USSF Protocol

Following are the rules for handling special questions or requests during registration

  • Forms of Payment Credit card, cash, check, money order are the only accepted forms of payments. No bank transfers. All forms of payment will be accepted during the Social Forum.
  • Refund policy: No refunds except in cases where the USSF has mistakenly over charged.
  • Admission prior to payment: No admission prior to payment. Individuals who are part of an organization registration that has not paid will need to wait until the delegation has been paid before gaining entrance
  • Sliding scale: no questions asked/no judgment. We tell the registrants what the scale is and allow them to choose which they will pay
  • Per day rates: not allowed. The minimum individual rate is $10 for the entire forum, whether you start on Tuesday or Saturday. No exceptions.
  • Picking up packets/bracelets for others: Proposed: Any registrant can pick up a packet/bracelet for any other registrant provided both registrants are paid and the registrant who is not present (the one for which the packet/bracelet is being picked up) is not coded in the database as having been checked in.
  • Identification needed to register Proposed: No ID is necessary to prove you are who you say you are. Registrants must state their exact and full name.
